As the 2020 pandemic forced Americans to stay at home, Tiff’s Treats had a unique opportunity to keep people connected and comforted through the delivery of warm cookies. We quickly pivoted the entire brand campaign approach to be relevant and emotionally engaging with Tiff’s customers throughout the crisis. We produced a campaign of three broadcast TV spots in just three weeks, and managed the social media campaign that raised engagement benchmarks to the highest ever in brand history.
