We’re looking for well organized and versatile folks who have the ability to work well with all levels of management – agency, client, vendors, and more – and have experience managing client projects. You are the lifeline of our creatives and responsible for keeping projects moving along, while managing client’s expectations along the way.

An Account/Project Manager will be responsible for building project schedules, forecasting hours for projects, and coordinating with different teams to ensure that projects start and finish on time. But we want you to value our creative product, as well – not just seek client approvals. The end product is a result of everyone who works on the project, not just the creative team. And we want everyone to be proud of the work.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

– Support or act as the primary conduit between The Shop and other client partners
– Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Run internal client meetings as needed
– Ensure timeliness and quality of client deliverables
– Assist in managing the campaign process and updating of all materials
– Assist in writing creative briefs and developing presentations
– Improve existing processes
– Coordinating, scheduling of meetings; taking notes and distributing; follow up on actions

So, are there any requirements?
– 2+ years experience on the agency and/or client side
– Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects simultaneously
– Experience using digital workflows/project management software a plus (Asana, Slack, etc.)
– Strong listening and superior relationship building skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office
– High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills
